One of the greatest blessings is when we receive clarity on a major decision we are trying to make. Spirit can use anything in our life to help deliver this clarity to us. It can also give us the courage to follow our heart and act on the guidance we receive.

It was a difficult decision to move on after twenty-two years in a relationship. For quite some time I had been on the fence about my decision and the indecision was wearing me out, along with the relationship itself. I did not have the energy and courage to follow through. The inner and outer guidance I was getting indicated it was time, or past time, to make the decision and move on. That got my attention, but distractions seemed to keep popping up to delay my taking action.

I decided it would be important for me to attend the May weekend spiritual retreat at the Nature Awareness School. Prophet provided very helpful clarity and input that weekend, thank you! Nearing the Virginia border on my drive back to Asheville, North Carolina, I thought I heard an alarm clock going off. I closed the car windows and the sound stopped. Well, a few minutes later this whole scenario repeated itself. Again, I closed the windows and the sound stopped. I tried to reach around in the car for where my alarm clock might be, but I could not find it. Normally my travel alarm clock would eventually stop beeping and stop for good. I knew it wasn’t the alarm clock because the sequence continued most all the way back to Asheville, and it seemed like a sign.

When I crossed over into Tennessee there was a huge sign saying, “Change is coming. Experience history in August.” I had strong inner guidance it would be important to begin getting my things in order. When I got home I had some serious talks with my significant other, although I did not yet have the courage to tell him I wanted to leave. I prayed for assistance from Prophet to find my inner strength and courage.

In June I was again at the school and developing inner strength and courage was one of the areas we focused on during the eight-day retreat. Around that time a movie had come out called “We Bought a Zoo,” and one of the pearls shared at the retreat was how the main character only needed twenty seconds of courage to take an important action, which he did, and it changed his life. During the last evening of the retreat our area of Virginia experienced a unique storm, a derecho. We stood outside watching the sky as it sounded like a freight train roaring up the side of the mountain, although the trees did not seem to be moving. The sky was spectacular and looked like a July 4th celebration. During this amazing storm I felt strength in the presence of the Prophet and found a depth of inner strength and courage I had not known before. I was finally at peace. I knew what I needed to do as Soul. It felt like the Divine had done most of the heavy lifting to give me the strength and courage to follow my heart, now I had to do my part!

When I returned home to North Carolina I continued to receive a lot of support and guidance on the outer and inner. A friend suggested I write a letter to my significant other to say what I would want to say, without giving it to him. This would help me focus on what I would want to say in person. I found the suggestion very helpful. In my heart I knew this suggestion, that came through my friend, was from the inner Prophet. As Soul I was getting a deep inner call to make this change, and if I did not heed it I felt I would start dying inside. It was important to me to make this change with love, rather than getting into blame and anger.

The following week while I was at work, I saw a U-Haul truck go by with a huge picture of an Indian woman on the side of it. I ran outside and saw the name of Sacajawea written on the side. This was an awake dream to me because I have a close affinity with that name. During the next few days I researched prices for a U-Haul truck rental to move to Virginia. By the end of the week I had the inner knowingness that it was time. Holding the hand of the inner Prophet I took a deep breath and received the first twenty seconds of courage, and then the next, and the next. I had a long talk and interaction with my significant other. I was able to share with him what I really wanted to convey from a place of love. He and I talked and talked, and cried together. That night was really tough, and I slept restlessly.

As I headed to work the next morning I had doubts as to whether I was making the right decision. I started singing HU, a love song to God, and asked for assistance from Prophet. Rounding the corner into the parking lot at work, lo and behold there was a U-Haul truck sitting smack dab in front of my office. And in big letters on the side it said “VIRGINIA.” It was the perfect reassurance I needed at that moment! God’s timing is always perfect, impeccable. Thank you dear God and Prophet for your reassurance, comfort, love, and guidance. I appreciate and love you.

God blesses us with the insights to live a life with less regret, but won’t force us to follow the guidance. It’s up to us to implement it and to do it in a timely manner. This story also shows how a loving God can provide another chance at a missed opportunity.

Excerpt from “Testimonies of God’s Love – Book 4”

cruise_ship_deck_sunset-wallpaper-1920x1080

My father’s health had been declining and within a short time period was failing rapidly. I had been in contact with him a few days prior and during that time his lucidness and comprehension of the current date and time were off. Also, he was not being an easy patient to take care of for his wife, my stepmom. My father had been challenged through life with some mental instability and depression. From my view his day-to-day life was filled with fear and worry. His first marriage to my mother was not filled with much peace or love that I could see. I did see that in his current marriage there was love and happiness, but due to his mental challenges those times were fleeting. Worry and fear were more constant companions, from my experience and observation. I feel true happiness and the experience of joy were never really known by him. I held a prayer in my heart from an early age that my father would have love in his life, and as I got older the prayer also included the wish for him to experience peace and joy.

I lived five hours away so the phone was our primary line of communication. I had a nudge one night to call, but it was late and I was tired so I decided to call the next day. I had been taught by my teacher, the Prophet, about the importance of following our nudges within the window of time we receive them because they are communication from the Divine. In this case I did not listen. When I called the next day and talked to my stepmom, I found out they had sedated him and were continuing to do so for his safety and comfort. He was now in hospice care, and I recognized I had most likely lost the opportunity to speak with him one last time. I wanted to tell him I loved him, and God loved him. I wanted to assure and comfort him about the transition of life he was going through, and tell him there was nothing to fear. In addition, I was holding a little guilt about the last conversation with him; I had not been as kind with him as I could have been and wanted to apologize.

I have been taught and know to be true, we are never alone; Prophet is always with us. After I got off the phone I immediately went to Prophet on the inner and apologized for not following my nudge to call the night before. I said a prayer of gratitude for his love and his care of my dad and stepmom as they were going through this challenge. I was singing HU, a love song to God, and immediately found myself spiritually in a room with my father who was resting comfortably in a bed and was fine. There were other Souls present, some I recognized as family members who had passed on and others I did not know, but their presence was comforting, and there was gentle light in the room.

My dad saw me and his face lit up; with me was Prophet, another spiritual teacher, and Jesus. He looked at me and said, “You know Jesus?” I said, “I did” and introduced Prophet and the other teacher to him. They greeted my dad and then left us to visit together. I had the opportunity to say the things I had wished to say and to hold his hand. After some time had passed it was time for me to go. I knew without a doubt my dad was being cared for and comforted, and we had our chance to say the things in our hearts. Even though his physical body was dying, he as Soul was alive and well. We were both gifted with the prayers in our hearts being answered. We both had one more opportunity to express love and caring to each other. What a huge gift to us both.

Within the week he passed on. Through the experience of my dad’s passing, I will testify that the transition of leaving one’s physical body when dying can be a comfortable and peaceful one. I was at a class at the Nature Awareness School when my dad passed. The night before his passing, in contemplation, I saw my dad in a wheelchair being pushed by Prophet and the other spiritual teacher. My dad had a warm blue blanket wrapped around him. He waved and smiled, and I could feel he was at peace and happy. The color blue and the blanket indicated to me Prophet was caring for him during this transition. The color blue is a color Prophet uses as an indication of his presence.

The next morning a friend at class shared she had a dream about a man in a wheelchair being wheeled onto a cruise ship, and she could hear his laughter. I knew that was my dad she saw, and he was being gifted with a joyful experience. You might wonder why she had that dream and not me. She is a dear friend and Prophet gave her the dream to validate my experiences in case I had any seeds of doubt. The Prophet is with all of us. He hears the prayers of our heart, and my prayer for my dad was for him to experience peace and joy. Through my relationship with Prophet and in singing HU, I have been gifted with multiple blessings. From these inner experiences I know that we are loved, cared for, and the prayers of our hearts are answered in God’s time. They are gifts of His Grace.

Call Your Trainer – One Hour Window

As convenient as modern technology can be, it has its obvious limits. If you do not have your phone, you’re not getting the call. If your internet is down, you’re not seeing your emails. Fortunately, the “inner” communication of Soul is always up and running and can get the message through to those who know the “Language of the Divine.”

il_fullxfull-357473869_ha9h

It is amazing and beautiful how God’s timing works. Several years ago I did a search on Craigslist for a personal trainer to help me get in physical shape. I said a prayer and asked for God’s guidance to know which trainer would be the right one? God knew. After talking to several people at gyms and fitness facilities, I was lead to the right person. We trained in his fiancee’s garage – not in your normal gym. This was perfect.

We had fun working out and began talking about God, events from our childhood, and the everyday ups and downs in life. We were getting in shape both physically and spiritually. As we talked we saw the blessings and miracles in our lives. We looked deeper into the events that were happening to us and appreciated Gods guidance. We discussed how going through tough lessons in life have made us stronger, and as we went through them, we knew we were not alone. God has been there every step of the way. The year we spent training brought our families together and I was the sister he never had. We kinda adopted one another. We do not always have time to call one another on a regular basis, yet we know we are there for one another.

I had a part time job between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I was working double shifts so it did not leave me much free time. On a Friday afternoon as I left work I got a strong nudge to call my trainer. It was the end of a very long week and all I wanted to do was get something to eat and go to bed. But I scrolled thru my phone for his number but my thumb hit the wrong contact number. “Yes” I said “I would like to talk to that person, but not now.” I kept scrolling and again pushed the wrong contact. I still had this strong urge that I have to talk with my trainer. Finally I got the right number.

I called and there was no answer so I left a message. He called back. I said “Hey, how are you and the family doing?” He says “we are all doing good, I’m a little stressed right now. Are you going to be there?” I asked what he was talking about. “I have been trying to get a hold of you for two weeks now. I dropped my phone in the toilet and lost all my contact numbers. My fiancee and I are getting married in one hour.” I was surprised and asked him to repeat what he said. “We are getting married at the township magistrate in one hour, can you be there?” “Ahhhh, yeah, but I am still in my work clothes and I do not have time to go home and change.” He told me that did not matter, that me being there is what mattered to him and his fiancee. He said “Did you get my email with the details?”  I said “No, what email, I have not received anything. I am following the nudge I got.” I asked if he had said any prayers and he answered “Yes, I prayed last night and asked God for someone from my family to be there for me.” I said “Well, your prayers were heard and answered.”  So, I turned the car around and headed to the marriage ceremony.

As a student at the Nature Awareness School I have learned to listen to and follow the nudges. Every time I do, it turns out to be a blessing. I am so grateful God communicates with me. It was beautiful to see my adopted brother and his fiancee get married. Thank you Prophet.

A Sea Shell From God

Children, God's Love, Ocean of Love, Prophet, Shell

The Kingdom of Heaven is here and now for those who know God’s Love. It matters not if we are physically young or old; we are all Soul and it is the Love of God that gives us life. Those whose hearts are open to recognizing God’s Love will indeed be blessed.

whelk_shell_3-wallpaper-1920x1080

A year ago I was at the park with my wife and three children. It was a beautiful day, not too warm or humid. A day that was in many ways just right. The sky was open and inviting, as thick, puffy clouds lazily passed over us. After some rigorous playing, everyone laid down in the grass for a well deserved break for some cloud watching.

The green grass tickled the backs of my legs. I felt the presence of Del Hall, the Prophet, as I lay there. I knew he was always with me in Spirit, and I was keenly aware of him with each of us in that moment. I received an inner nudge that the Prophet wanted to share something with my family. So in a relaxed way, I suggested everyone close their eyes and imagine themselves on the beach with the Prophet. Many times Del has brought me to God’s many mansions spoken about in the Bible. He was inviting us to journey there with him now.

I felt the Grace and wisdom and Love of God that flows through the Prophet as I exhaled deeply and more fully relaxed, aware of the quiet that came over the five of us as the breeze rustled gently through the trees. After a few moments I heard my five-year old daughter get up. I was mildly disappointed as I felt there was a blessing for each of us from the Prophet at that moment, but understood that it was her experience and that one of God’s presents to us left unopened can sometimes be opened at a later time.

I heard her little brother also get up and follow her, leaving my wife, oldest son, and I to bask in the sweetness of the moment with the Prophet. Yet hearing the two giggling with delight nearby, I opened an eye to check on them. What I saw changed my perspective and nearly brought me to tears.

Claire and her little brother had gone to the blacktop of the basketball court, stuck in the middle of a sea of grass, and were joyfully treating it like the shoreline on the beach. They playfully dipped their toes into the imaginary ocean water, running back and forth as if the waves chased them and then receded back and forth. They had not run off to do something else, they had brought the experience to life in a way that was tangible and visceral to them, playfully dancing on the shore with the Prophet!

I had an expectation that they would have this experience on the “inner,” perceiving it with their eyes closed. But Claire had instinctively done what Del had been teaching me to do for years. And she had innately done this in an amazing and childlike way, without over thinking it, without intellectualizing it. She had no concern about how it looked. She just was joy and openness. She was completely in the moment, experiencing it as fully as if she had physically met the Prophet on the beach and frolicked there.

The smile on my face grew and my heart burst open at her infectious joy and laughter. After a while Claire and her brother returned to where we were still lying. The peace was so palpable, it felt supernatural. About halfway back to where we were lying, Claire stopped to pick something up in the grass. She hurried back excitedly. In her little hands was a perfect white sea shell!

When I suggested to her that this was no ordinary shell, it was a gift from God, her face lit up! I assured her that God had noticed how she made her experience real to her, and the Divine had responded. While it is possible there was a physical explanation for how the ocean shell got to the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, over a hundred miles from the Atlantic Ocean, it didn’t matter. It was in the perfect spot for her to find. Claire heard me, not as a five year old girl, but as Soul – that wonderful, Divine spark of God’s creation. She understood this was not a random find. It was a personal gift from God.

Soul is not limited by the body it wears. Be it young or old, human or animal, Soul can awaken to the reality that there is a living God who wants His children to know His amazing love for them. That is one of God’s treasures. Claire recognized it in the shell. God’s Love often manifests as insights, wisdom, and experiences that are sprinkled like bread crumbs on the path ahead for us to find, like Claire’s sea shell. Whether you have walked the path of God for years or want to take the first step to having a conscious relationship here and now, the way has been prepared. God has marked the way home for His children; simple enough that a child of God, joyful and free, can follow it.

Parable of the Honey Bee

Life is not about powering through mentally as you follow a formula, it is about learning how to trust and follow your heart. There is no one “right way” of doing things that fits everyone. All too often though, people fall into the trap of trying to “do it right” which brings stress and worry. Life is so much sweeter to live if you can just “bee right” with God and yourself.

busy_bee_2-wallpaper-1280x960

A honeybee buzzes along through a meadow on a warm summer morning and lights upon a flower. She gathers golden grains of pollen upon her legs and drinks deeply of the flower’s nectar. She stays until her work is done, then moves along to another. So simple, yet so wise.

Another bee enters the meadow but follows a wavering course. She seems to hesitate and change her mind as she flies along. Finally, she lands on a flower and gathers a few grains of pollen but then hesitates again. “Am I on the right flower? Should I be over there instead,” she wonders turning toward the goldenrod at the edge of the meadow. “Or there?” She starts to fly to a different flower, but then looks back to the first one, perhaps it was the right one after all. Finally, exhausted and confused, she heads home to the hive with only a few grains of pollen to show for her day.

Mindy Bee collapsed in her corner of the hive and breathed a sigh as she reviewed yet another frustrating day. “How does Soula do it?” she wondered. It seemed so effortless for her friend, but to Mindy, it seemed impossible. Just then Soula passed by humming a song to herself.

“Soula,” Mindy called. “I saw you in the field today and you seemed so confident. How do you always know which are the right flowers?” “Oh Mindy,” she said, “you don’t need to worry about that. Just be right instead of trying to do everything right.” Mindy thought about what Soula said all night.

For the next week Mindy watched Soula closely. She counted how many flowers Soula visited per trip, how long she danced in the hive, how many trips she made, and how far she flew for each trip. By the end of the week Mindy had a template for how she could be right like Soula. The next morning she flew out on a mission.

She flew the median distance and then visited an optimal number of flowers before heading back to the hive with the largest load of pollen she had ever collected that early in the morning. She danced the correct number of minutes before heading out for another load. At the end of the day she was exhausted but this time also had a feeling of accomplishment. She had achieved her goal. The next day she followed her template again, and then again. Each day she came home exhausted but the feeling of accomplishment was weaker each day until finally it was gone. She began to wonder if she had missed something.

Watching Soula dance Mindy noticed something she had missed before. Soula danced with joy. Now that she had seen it, Mindy began seeing joy in her other bee friends too, even when they were not dancing. Where had they found this joy?

That night when her friend came humming by Mindy stopped her again. “Soula, where did you find joy? Was it on a special flower? I tried to be right like you said, but I think I missed something.” “You’re still trying to do it right, Mindy. Relax. Enjoy the sun and the beauty of the flowers. Just go where your heart tells you,” Soula said. Mindy thought about that all night long.

She flew out the next morning not knowing what to do without her template. She stopped on the first flower she saw and all the old fears held at bay by her rules came back. What if she chose wrong?

“Trust yourself!” Soula called as she flew by. Perhaps that was what Mindy had missed all along. Though it felt as if she were flying off a cliff Mindy took a deep breath and began to fly. The sun warmed her wings and a gentle breeze carried her further down the field. Below there was a flower she liked and Mindy landed on it. She drank the sweetest nectar she ever tasted and gathered golden grains of pollen on her legs, but when she took off again she felt lighter than ever. She visited one flower after the other that called to her. Soon, she was humming her own tune and when she returned to the hive, she danced with joy.

God sees and knows all – all that has passed and all that will come to be. He seeks to share some of this vision with His children when there is an opportunity to bless us. The key is learning how to recognize and follow those gentle whisperings – those nudges or seemingly random thoughts for what they are. They are gifts of love in the form of guidance.

Our books will help you to recognize the many ways God expresses His Love to you daily. You may preview them HERE.

japanese_bridge-wallpaper-1280x768

I remember exactly where I was sitting when it happened. The idea came gently, as if carried by a soft breeze through an open window. I could go visit my mother. A seemingly random idea, but I wanted to consider it. You see I have learned from the Prophet that when I place attention on gentle nudges like this I may be able to appreciate something more. Something I had not been aware of. It could be a loving nudge from the Holy Spirit to help me have a much more abundant life.

My mother had been sick for a long time. She was in her eighties now and her kidneys were failing. Her condition was stable. Nothing had changed as far as we knew. I had just visited only weeks ago. I live in Virginia and my mother lived with my younger brother and sister over nine hundred miles away in Florida. It really did not make sense to go now. About six months ago she had been discharged from the hospital to home hospice care. I had been able to be there. It was a bittersweet time. My brother, her real primary caregiver for years, and my sister and I were there as the nurse explained things and did a brief exam. Our mother was frightened and confused and we all just wanted to help her. The nurse’s name was Maria and we liked her right away. She was right out of “central casting,” except she was not acting. She really cared. You could see it in everything she did.

I would like to share with you just one of the amazing blessings that were given in this. Maria had a beautiful Spanish accent and my mother just happened to love the Spanish language. I think this connected her to a very happy time in her life. A long time ago she was a bright college student working on a master’s degree in the Spanish language. Mom was to have several different nurses take care of her over the next months. It turned out that Maria was the one who admitted new patients, not one of the nurses assigned to regular care. It seemed unfortunate at the time, but it turned out to be very fortunate indeed.

So, back to the idea of a visit. The gentle nudge or thought was to come again over the next few days before I suggested the idea to my husband. My mother really loved my husband and she had not seen him for a while. We could have a nice visit. We could fly to Tampa, rent a car, and drive the rest of the way. This would take us over a really long, high, bridge that spans Tampa Bay that I had seen on a previous visit, that I thought my husband would enjoy. We decided to go. There just happened to be a great inexpensive charter flight available with the perfect departure and arrival times. We got in late on a Friday. My brother had told us right before we left that everything was stable with mom. He then greeted us with the news that our mother had stopped eating and was becoming unresponsive.

She did not seem to be with us much that first evening, and she had not spoken except for a few words. But as we started to say goodnight, all of a sudden in a strong clear voice she said, “I love you all.” This was a pretty stunning gift for all of us, but I thought it may have been an especially beautiful gift for my brother. Maybe a thank you for his long devotion and care.

Many amazing things continued to happen over the next few days. We were able to arrange for everything that would be needed to care for her and everyone, as the time of our mother’s passing grew near. Everything just seemed to fall into place. It was as if we were being gently guided by God’s Love. And that is what was happening. We called hospice to come check her and check us to make sure we were able to care for all her needs. Her regular nurse was on vacation and so you may have guessed, Maria came. She lovingly examined our mother and said that she seemed exceptionally peaceful. We asked if she might be better cared for in an actual hospice. Maria said that if she was someone in her own family she would not move her. She would keep her right there.

Our mother peacefully passed on a few days later. We needed to call hospice and let them know and then they would send her nurse. Her nurse was still on vacation, so Maria came. She checked our mother and then we all sat and talked, and cried, and were just generally very grateful for how blessed we had all been. But the blessings did not stop there. There was the calling of family and friends. It was amazing to see the solace that was given back and forth. We had one sister and our niece in Puerto Rico and our older brother in California. Everyone was able to come. We were all able to be together.

Everything just worked out, down to the flowers, and the food, and the pictures, to who just happened to sit near each other to say something, or be able to touch someone at just the right time. Everything worked out beautifully. It was way beyond anything we could have done. It all was an example of what a loving God does. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that months earlier I had prayed and asked the Prophet that if I could be of help, could I please be there at her passing. It all turned out in the end like it always does, if we have the eyes to see. This may sound too good to be true. It’s not. It’s what God, the Holy Spirit, and the Prophet do for us, usually unnoticed.

This is but a glimpse of some of the abundance that God brings into your life through your relationship with His Prophet. I hope you may take time to consider what more there may be for you. His hand is out, will you take it?

God Knows My Heart’s Desire

God knows the prayers of our heart better than we do. Often it is only after God answers a prayer that we become more conscious of having it in the first place. To know we are loved and that we are heard is cause for great joy.

jaguar_cub_and_mother-wallpaper-1024x768

Recently I was at work and really missing my family. Even though they live thirty minutes away, we do not get to spend as much time together as I would like. On this particular day, I was really missing them. I never consciously made a prayer to God on the matter, but it was something that I was thinking about, and I felt it deeply in my heart.

Just a few hours later, I had a break between assignments at work. I felt a nudge from the Divine to go spend some time at a local department store. Low and behold my mom had just gotten off work and was shopping there as well! The timing of this was unbelievable, and there is no way it just happened by chance. I got to spend twenty minutes chatting and catching up with her before I had to get back work. This time with her was a huge blessing.

I am so grateful that God read what was in my heart and set up an opportunity to see my mom, time that I deeply treasure. The time with her was was exactly what I needed that day! I was incredibly happy to get to spend the time with my mom, but just as excited that God really did hear what was in my heart, and so quickly set up something that He knew would really bless me and make my day! God really does love us, and wants us to be happy!

How do we enjoy our time in this world without becoming so wrapped up in it that we become blinded to our higher purpose – how do we attain this balance? The short answer is, you start operating from the perspective of Soul, your true self. It is when viewing the world from this vantage that life becomes a joy to live.    -Enjoy

One of the best ways to operate from the vantage point of Soul, your true eternal self, is to sing HU, an ancient name for God.

rainbow_in_arizona-wallpaper-1920x1080

Have you ever accomplished a goal you thought was going to make you happy only to find it did not quite scratch that itch? I have. I searched for happiness in fancier cars, home ownership, investing, relationships, different religions and more. Some might say, obviously those were shallow pursuits. Others may wonder, what else is there? I tried many paths before I found what I was looking for. I was not aware of a palpable unhappiness, but I noticed I was constantly on to the next thing. There was not a sense of peace or contentment.

It was not until years of study at the Nature Awareness School that this peaceful, happy feeling came into my life. So, what changed? It was not my outer circumstances, although they did change for the better. The outer changes did not make me happy. In fact, I still have the same career and many of the same interests I had before, but my life is profoundly different. What changed was my view of life.

My spiritual teacher Del, a Prophet of God, gave me the means to absorb the key truths that I needed to have a higher view of life. What changed were my faith and my beliefs – my heart. I came to the school out of a deep hope that someone could teach me how to find my way back to God. I did not know this on a conscious level. It was revealed to me over time. This was the goal I had overlooked. The mountain I longed to climb.

I realized this was the whole point of my life; to achieve these goals and continue to manifest my divine nature unceasingly. To offer this to other interested souls. When we consecrate something, we set it apart for God’s use. We declare it sacred. I have hobbies and interests unrelated to spirituality but my whole life is spiritual. This is because I now have a conscious awareness of the Divine in all that I do.

The only thing that has ever made me happy – truly happy – was being used as an instrument for God. I believe that we can all live consecrated lives in our own way. It does not have to be bombastic. We do not have to become nuns or preachers or go trekking off to Africa or a third world country. We do not have to “save the world.” Many times a simple and seemingly insignificant act of kindness can uplift another soul in a very profound way if we are led by the Divine. Most of us are called to serve God in our families and close relationships.

I gave my life to God. Not just an hour on Sunday, or a few classes a year, but me. Everything I am and everything I am not – my whole life. You can do this too. We can be used just as we are; wherever we are. We can trust our lives in the hands of the Divine. If you would like to experience Divine Love, a truly abundant life, with a sense of purpose, freedom and security like no other, I want you to know that it is possible. I found it at The Nature Awareness School.

There Is More

Sometimes when I am working through something I like to ask God for help then pull a book off the shelf flipping it open at random. It’s amazing how many times the passage I land on speaks directly to my heart and what’s on my mind. Just one of the many ways Spirit can communicate with us.

Here is a recent gem that I have returned to many times since opening to it in “Walden”…..

“Be it life or death, we crave only reality. If we are really dying, let us hear the rattle in our throats and feel cold in the extremities; if we are alive, let us go about our business.
Time is but the stream I go a-fishing in. I drink at it; but while I drink I see the sandy bottom and detect how shallow it is. Its thin current slides away, but eternity remains. I would drink deeper; fish in the sky, whose bottom is pebbly with stars.”

The take home for me…. “Do it now” do not wait to follow your heart… life is short. Make the most of your time here. Make time to connect with the things of an eternal nature…. the things that will last even after the thin current has slid away. Why wait any longer at an opportunity to strengthen your connection with the Divine?
